We work in short sprints and review working software with you as we go, not slides.
A conversation about the problem, the people involved and what success looks like. We agree on a first scope and a fixed or monthly price.
We deliver in one- to two-week sprints. You review working software at the end of each one and can change priorities.
We hand over documentation and access, train your team, and can continue improving the system on a monthly retainer.
Who is responsible
Basira is led by Roshan Soni, an engineer with eleven years across Python, .NET, React and data platforms. He stays accountable for delivery and works with a small team of engineers and a project manager, adding specialists when a project needs them.
