Basira is a Muscat-based software and AI studio led by Roshan Soni, an engineer with 11+ years across Python, .NET, React, and data platforms. He works with a small circle of trusted collaborators, brought in by skill when a project needs them. We take four clients per year on purpose — small enough to obsess over details, big enough to deliver production software.

We work bilingually from day one. We do not resell offshore work. We do not disappear after launch.
