Basira Technologies SPC ("Basira", "we", "our") is a software development company based in Muscat, Oman.
Information we collect
When you contact us through this website, LinkedIn, or another lead channel, we may receive your name, email address, company, phone number if provided, message, budget or timeline preference, and the page or call-to-action that brought you to the form.
How we use contact information
We use it to respond to your inquiry, assess whether the request is a fit, arrange a call if useful, and prepare a proposal or deliver requested services. We do not sell contact information.
Optional analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use PostHog to measure page views and contact-form delivery events so we can improve the site. PostHog is not loaded unless you choose “Accept analytics”; choosing “Necessary only” leaves analytics off. We disable click autocapture and mask page text. You can continue to use the site if you decline analytics.
Retention
We retain inquiry information for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Analytics data follows the retention settings of the analytics provider.
Service providers and transfers
We use service providers only where needed to operate the site and respond to inquiries, including Brevo for contact-form email delivery and PostHog only after analytics consent. Information may be processed in Oman and in countries where those providers operate.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for analytics. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
