Informational holding-group website that introduces GIVEN and its ClarityChats brand across three divisions — Coffee, Training, and Pratter roastery machines — for an Indonesia-based group serving Indonesia, the GCC, the UK and the US.
Problem
GIVEN, an Indonesia-based group operating the ClarityChats brand (born from a YouTube channel, now spanning specialty coffee, barista training, and Pratter roastery machines), had no single home on the web. The brand story, its three distinct divisions, and the credentials wholesale, training and roastery prospects needed were scattered. The group wanted to establish presence and capture leads quickly — deliberately separate from a future e-commerce store, which is a distinct project.
Approach
We shipped a fast, multilingual marketing site (no e-commerce by design) that introduces the group on the home page and gives each ClarityChats division — Coffee, Training, Pratter — its own page with story, highlights and a clear call to action. The brand motto 'clear conversation, clear chat over a cup of coffee' anchors the experience, and the farm-to-cup sourcing story (coffee handcrafted by enthusiasts from Oman and Indonesia) is woven through. Built on Next.js 16 / React 19 with locale-prefixed routing (English and Bahasa Indonesia live, Arabic planned for the GCC), every conversion path routes to a single contact form for wholesale, training and roastery inquiries.
Outcome
A clean seven-page site (Home, About, ClarityChats, Coffee, Training, Pratter, Contact) that presents GIVEN as one coherent group with three credible divisions and gives every audience a direct way to get in touch. The bilingual foundation and per-division structure are ready to extend — adding Arabic for the GCC and linking out to the planned coffee e-commerce store — without re-architecting.
